A tycoon shower, in the original sense of the term, is when one shows up at a nightclub and throws a huge wad of money in the air. This can also be called making it rain.
It is done to express affection for a particular person, or just as a way of announcing one's enthusiasm about being at the club, about to have a lot of fun. It's a totally extravagant gesture. No one has ever blessed me with a tycoon shower, despite my great bartending, but scripture does tell us about a woman who made it rain on Jesus.
Keeping alive the spirit of the wedding at Cana. Let's rejoice and party at the good news of God's great love.

A Toast to Benedict XVI
I
am not Roman Catholic, but I have enormous respect for the Pope. It is amazing
to think that the papacy is probably the most important institution in the
history of the world. Many people don’t realize that the Pope is not just an
ordinary priest but that he is a world-class scholar, theologian, diplomat, and
leader. In traditional Roman Catholic understanding, the papacy is a ministry conferred upon the apostle Peter by Jesus in Matthew 16:18 and handed down ever since then until today's Pope: Benedict XVI. In light of his historic renunciation of the papacy, announced last Monday, I propose a toast
to the ministry of Pope Benedict XVI.

Jesus made the first beer run
Sometimes while making small talk at a party I let it slip that I want to be a minister. Some people start apologizing for drinking, apparently not noticing that I myself am a little tipsy. I just say that having a drink is not a sin. In fact, it is well known that Jesus turned water into wine. What is less well known is that this was not mere divine showboating, but was in fact an early version of the mid-party, desperate run to the liquor store.
